Our German B1 Regular Course is designed for learners who have completed A2 or already have a solid foundation in German.
At B1, the focus shifts from simply managing conversations to expressing yourself more independently. You’ll develop the grammar, vocabulary and speaking confidence needed for everyday life, work and social situations.
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
Express and explain your opinions in longer conversations
Talk confidently about experiences, plans, goals and current topics
Handle workplace conversations, appointments, housing and everyday bureaucracy
Understand the main points of longer conversations and texts
Communicate more clearly and independently using B1 German
Course format: 10 weeks · 2 sessions per week · approx. 30 hours of instruction
Includes live classes, structured B1 grammar and vocabulary, discussions and role plays, digital materials, homework and access to The Sprach Café community and workshops.
